(www.elitehomeinteriors.com) and the purchase of products and services from Elite Home Interiors Ltd
("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order or using our
website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products or services. We will confirm
receipt of your order by email. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch
confirmation or, for services, a booking confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order without
providing a reason.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current
applicable rate.
- Prices are correct at the time of display and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless a finance arrangement has been agreed in
writing.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved finance options. Payments are processed securely
via PCI DSS-compliant providers.
4. Delivery
- We deliver to mainland UK. Delivery to other areas may be available on request and may incur
additional charges.
- Standard in-stock delivery takes 3–5 business days. Custom and bespoke orders may take 4–8 weeks.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays caused by
circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk in goods passes to you at the point of delivery. Title to goods passes only upon receipt of
full payment.
5. Returns & Refunds
- You may return standard stock items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of
delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
- Bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty
or not as described.
- To initiate a return, contact us at returns@elitehomeinteriors.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned
goods.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal
domestic use. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Home
Interiors Ltd and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content
without our prior written permission.
