Unlike buying from a catalogue, our process begins with a deep discovery conversation — typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes — in which one of our senior designers visits your home to understand not just the physical space but your day-to-day lifestyle. We consider how natural light moves through each room at different times of day, what existing architectural features should be celebrated, and which practical constraints (storage needs, traffic flow, young children or pets) must be designed around.

Following the initial visit, your designer produces a full design proposal. This includes a curated selection of furniture, fabrics, and finishes with clear rationale for each choice, a 3D visualisation of how your space will look once completed, and a fully transparent itemised quotation with no hidden costs. We also prepare a mood board — a visual reference document that helps you see the overall aesthetic direction before a single purchase is made.

Our consultation fee is waived entirely on qualifying orders. We believe that professional design advice should be part of every purchase, not an additional barrier. Once the design is approved, your piece enters production with one of our master craftspeople. Depending on the complexity, lead times typically range from 4 to 10 weeks. You will receive progress updates throughout, and before delivery we conduct a full quality inspection to ensure every joint, every stitch, and every surface finish meets our exacting standards.

Wardrobe solutions are available as freestanding pieces or as fully fitted, room-specific installations that maximise every centimetre of available space. Internal configurations — hanging rails, shoe racks, pull-out drawers, tie and belt carousels, integrated lighting — are all customisable. Our white-glove delivery service includes a pre-delivery call to confirm timing and access requirements, a two-person specialist team equipped with floor protection, corner guards, and moving blankets, full assembly and placement of every item in position, and complete removal of all packaging materials and waste. We do not leave until you are satisfied that everything is exactly where you want it and in perfect condition.

Our delivery teams are employed by us — not contracted agencies — and are trained to the same standards of care and professionalism as our design team.
